kahloon.com is a simple website. The only personal information it takes is what you choose to write in the contact form, and we use it for one thing: to reply to you.

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address, and your message, plus your phone number and organisation if you add them. A hidden field catches automated spam and stays empty for people.
Before the form sends, a short robot check runs a small calculation in your browser. It does not use cookies and does not ask for anything about you.
To read your message and reply to it. We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not sell or rent what you send, and we do not share it with advertisers.
The form sends your message through our server on Microsoft Azure, which emails it to our inbox with your address as the one to reply to. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, for security, and our server briefly uses your IP address to stop the same connection sending too many messages at once.
kahloon.com sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking. Links to our products and to other sites take you to pages with their own privacy policies; each Kahloon product publishes its own.
Your message stays in our inbox for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and keep a record of the conversation. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
You can ask to see, correct or delete what you sent us. Write to us through the contact form and we will do it.
